Commissioner Sweep!!!

It was a tough, hard-fought, and sometimes (overly) contentious race (sorry about that), but in the end, Gilpin County Voters chose to re-elect Sandy Hollingsworth and bring Jeff Aiken on board (pun intended)! The Gilpin County Board of County Commissioners is now comprised of three members of the Democratic Party. A HEARTY congratulations to Jeff and Sandy and all those that worked tirelessly to get them elected. In addition, Gilpin County went BLUE all the way down the ballot. Well done Gilpin Dems! There is no time to rest, though! So much work needs to be done to bring the County and Country together and continue our fight for our Democracy!
