Celebration Time!

After all the hard work, it was time to breathe, relax, eat, and join together when the polls closed. Gilpin Dems rented A Very Nice Brewing Company for their watch party event. Lots of great food, a few great drinks and the tap room was filled with amazing supporters! Despite, to be generous, “disappointments” at the national level, we Democrats in Gilpin County had much to celebrate. It was a snowy night, which kept a few away, but those of us that braved the roads experienced a night filled with unity and celebrated the Dem’s sweep of the Board of County Commissioners and Gilpin went Blue all down the ballot! Congratulations on your re-election, Sandy and your election to the Board, Jeff! And many thanks to all of you who came out! And overwhelming gratuities to Susan and Jeff at Very Nice Brewing for allowing us to celebrate at your lovely tap room! It was a blast!

Supporters enjoyed a wide variety of delicious food, soups, snacks, and desserts
